Luxury Wedding Invitation Ideas
Elegant Embossed Wedding Invitation Suite
Mimi and Collin’s elegant wedding invitation suite featured timeless stationery techniques such as embossing, debossing, and more. While their wedding stationery was very classic, the couple infused modern details that added an on-trend twist. One of our favorite elements was their use of color. Most of their text was done in a teal blue color that coordinated with their subtle summer wedding color scheme.
Wedding Gift Ideas from Tiffany & Co.
Another decor piece that elevated their wedding invitation photos was a custom engraved Tiffany & Co. tray. This sterling silver rectangular tray had the couple’s exact wedding invitation engraved on it, including their custom crest. A beautiful wedding gift and a home decor heirloom they’ll cherish forever, this Tiffany & Co. tray was at the center of their invitation suite photos.
Modern Ballgown Wedding Dress and Bridal Accessories
‘Quice’ Ballgown by Ines Di Santo
When looking for a wedding dress for their sophisticated open-air ceremony and lavish tented reception, Mimi wanted a classic bridal gown. Since they were hosting a black tie wedding and her bridal party was wearing ivory bridesmaids dresses, Mimi opted to stand out in a sleek, statement ballgown dress. Ines Di Santo’s ‘Quice’ gown was the perfect choice.
This corset strapless wedding dress has an exaggerated v-neckline with points. The structured top led to peekaboo sides and a wrap skirt. Revealing a hidden high slight, this ballgown was easy to move in and looked incredibly elegant.
Manolo Blahnik Wedding Shoes
Thanks to Quice’s high slit, Mimi was able to show off her wedding shoes. Wearing white Manolo Blahnik heels with closed toes, these embellished bridal shoes were striking.
Besides her designer wedding shoes, Mimi’s sophisticated bridal jewelry also shimmered. Wearing diamond studs, a statement bracelet, and more, Mimi’s bridal style could best be described as classic.
Refined Wedidng Reception Ideas
Stunning Sailcloth Tent Reception
Following their posh pavilion wedding ceremony, guests made their way to a nearby sailcloth tent for the reception. The entrance of the tent was decorated with elaborate greenery and baby’s breath. Creating a whimsical entrance, the ferns, vines, and white wedding flowers were romantically paired with white candles and shelving. Displaying table information, their luxe seating chart and enchanting floral installation welcomed everyone to walk inside.
Once inside, guests admired the white wedding color palette and eye-catching floral installations. Each table was covered in white tablecloths with white chairs and gleaming glasses. The poles of the tent were wrapped in greenery and delicate lights were strung from every corner of the ceiling, creating a night sky appearance. Above their black and white checkered dance floor were several baby's breath floral installations. The band’s white stage was decorated with baby’s breath and white roses lining the front.
Every detail from the flatware to the food, tied in with their wedding theme. Their gorgeous wedding cake display, situated near a greenery-covered pillar, perfectly featured their key wedding elements. A six-tier wedding cake with white roses on top, the cake was chic and customized. Their crest, featured between floral patterned cake layers, was a custom touch. This unique wedding cake drew the attention of many guests throughout the night.
Relaxed Bowling Alley Afterparty
At the end of their lively reception, midnight wedding snacks made an appearance. With signage that read ‘Got The Munchies’ and delicious treats that included warm bavarian pretzel bites, loaded tater tots, and popcorn cones, everyone enjoyed these tasty wedding snacks.
Ending the evening at a lounge, Mimi and Collin sat side by side on a leather couch taking in this moment with their closest friends and family. Toasting with drinks in a monogrammed cup, catching up over games of bowling, and enjoying this special day, their cozy bowling alley afterparty was such a fun way to end the night.
