Colorful Floral Wedding Dress

Maija traveled from North Dakota to visit Anna Bé Minnesota Bridal Boutique. Our curated collection of top designer wedding dresses in Minneapolis, Minnesota was quite the draw, but a certain bridal line in particular caught Maija’s attention. Falling in love with BL22206 dress by Monique Lhuillier, Maija’s colorful destination wedding vision instantly came to life.

This printed organza Monique Lhuiller wedding dress had soft strokes of colored flowers. Adorning the gown in an almost watercolor pattern, this romantic colored wedding dress blended beautifully with the bright backdrop of their Amalfi Coast wedding.

Bright Pastel Bridal Party Outfits

Maija wasn’t the only one wearing color on the big day. As an ode to Maija, her bridal party wore a variety of pastel wedding outfits. With shades of baby blue, light pink, marigold, mint green, and more.

Before slipping into these looks, everyone sported light blue robes in the morning. Maija stood out by wearing a bridal slip dress, white wedding robe, and fluffy bridal slippers. Taking photos in a bridal suite with a comfy blue chair, gilded picture frames, and a fresco-inspired tile floor, Maija and her closest friends and family prepared for the ceremony in style.

Custom Embroidered ‘That’s Amore!’ Wedding Veil

Besides Maija's dress and her bridal party’s coordinating looks, Maija’s custom embroidered wedding veil also created a wow moment. At the bottom of Maija’s long tulle veil, ‘That’s Amore!’ was written in white thread. This unique destination wedding veil was so creative and completely tied together Maija’s one-of-a-kind wedding look.

Custom Embroidered Wedding Napkins

You’d think that one custom embroidered detail was enough, but Maija and Matthew couldn’t help but surprise their guests with another personalized wedding touch at their reception. Sitting down at a white wedding table with pastel flowers running down the center, guests saw a white ceramic plate with an ivory napkin placed on top. On the corner of the napkin was a delicate embroidered message for each guest with sayings like "You’re my favorite".

Sitting on top of the napkin was a squiggly dinner menu that was beautifully designed. In looking at each of their details, it’s clear how much care Maija and Matthew took in planning their wedding day. Creating a whimsical day, their terrace wedding and patio wedding dinner was truly a playful and colorful Positano wedding dream.
