Monique Lhuiller + Dany Tabet

You’re not a regular bride, you’re a cool bride and you want your wedding dress to reflect that. We get it, boo. Below are two #AnnaBeBrides that had classic weddings in Chaska, Minnesota and included their personal styles in fun and creative ways. Scroll for inspiration or simply to get an answer to the question of what does the modern bride wear.

What is a Popular Wedding Color?

While traditionally you’ll see colors such as ivory, beige, and gold, popular wedding colors can also include more vibrant options. Anna Bé Minnesota bride, Maria and Drew made a point to include shades of blush and pink at their lush estate wedding in Minnesota. Their Bavaria Downs wedding had pink accents galore with touches of grey and light blue.

Best Rose Petal Tosses Ideas

One way in which Maria and Drew were able to include pops of pink were the variety of blush pink wedding flowers and floral arrangements. The couple participated in a rose petal toss for their ceremony exit, which proved to be an elegant and eco-friendly wedding exit toss.

Along with the petals that were thrown as the bride and groom walked back down the aisle, rose petals were also displayed on their wedding cake table at the reception. Their clear glass pedestal cake stand was surrounded by a pink flower petal scatter and blush colored florals adorned the top of their simple wedding cake.

Monique Lhuillier Floral Wedding Dress

Much like the flowers found throughout Maria and Drew’s wedding, Maria’s Monique Lhuillier bridal gown also consisted of delicate floral details. This scoop neck bridal ball gown was breathtaking with hand appliquéd floral lace. The dress, called ‘Maeve’ by Monique Lhuillier made just the sophisticated statement Maria wanted for her classical Midwest wedding.

With Monique Lhuillier brides regularly wanting to know more about Monique Lhuillier wedding dresses and Monique Lhuillier Maeve wedding dress price, we’ve put together various designer information and a preview of our Monique Lhuillier dresses in Minnesota.

How Do I Choose Bridal Accessories?

When selecting your bridal accessories, you’ll want to keep the style of your dress in mind. When Maria made her wedding accessories decisions, she carefully selected bridal accessories at Anna Bé bridal boutique that would compliment the romantic nature of her iconic Monique Lhuillier dress.

Choosing ‘Elwood’ hair vine by Untamed Petals and ‘Julianne Veil’ by Sara Gabriel, Maria was able to craft a chic wedding ensemble that felt elevated, while still noting current bridal trends. These spectacular wedding accessories finished off her fashion-forward bridal look and even followed her into the evening, as she danced the night away with Drew by her side.

Ways to Add Color to Your Wedding

Whether you’re a bride shopping for a colored wedding dress or you’ve found your gown and want to know how do you incorporate color on a wedding dress, this blog segment is for you.

From bright bridal bouquets to statement wedding earrings and more, we’ve seen so many playful ways to add color to your bridal outfit. Some brides opt for a removable colored detail such as a bridal topper or shoes, while others go as far as dying their veil or wedding dress to best achieve their colorful bridal vision.

Anna Bé bride, Julie, added color in an unconventional way with a colorful embroidered lace veil. With green vines and pink flower petals, this elegant embroidered flower veil matched the lacework of her Dany Tabet wedding dress. In some wedding photos you can see how the lace veil drapes beautifully against Julie’s lace bridal train, creating layers of dimension and dramatic veil shots.

How Much Would a Custom Wedding Dress Cost?

Asking questions about wedding costs and bridal expenses is helpful when planning your wedding budget and figuring out how much you are comfortable spending. At Anna Bé bridal boutique, our wedding dresses cost $2,800-$6,000+. To find more specific designer wedding dress costs, you can click on the bridal designer you are hoping to shop here.

This range encompasses the base prices of our gowns, but depending on the designer, we can occasionally accommodate a range of customizations for an additional fee. While some designers offer much more flexibility than others, it’s always fun to see unique wedding designs. We love when brides ask can you customize wedding dresses and to see those one-of-a-kind bridal gowns come to life.

Dany Tabet Designer

One bridal designer that offers a range of wedding dress customizations is Dany Tabet. Julie loved this option and created a custom wedding look from ‘Flora' wedding dress by Dany Tabet and ‘Valencia' gown.

Purchasing this floral corset Dany Tabet wedding dress and changing the bodice to Dany Tabet’s Flora dress, Julie got the beading she loved of one gown with the top style of another. Loving the look of an off-the-shoulder neckline wedding dress, Julie’s change from a thin strap wedding gown to a draped sleeve wedding dress, added to her romantic bridal style.

At the end of the day, Julie removed her off-the-shoulder bridal sleeves to take photos of her strapless Dany Tabet wedding dress. Walking along Bavaria Downs cement pathway, her polished wedding dress sparkled in the evening light.

Soaking in this special time with their closest friends and family, Julie and Jason’s magical Minnesota wedding was "sweet and to the point”, as Julie put it.
