With a pleated bodice detail that reminds us of waves hitting the shore, Watters’ ‘Yavanna’ wedding dress was our first pick for this classy yacht club wedding shoot. This a-line Watters wedding dress is made from soft silk organza and adds so much movement to any wedding day.

Yavanna can be worn with the dramatic off-the-shoulder blouson sleeves (shown here) or the sleeves can be removed to reveal a strapless bridal look. Since this whimsical draped wedding dress is simple, brides can get away with adding intricate wedding accessories. In this case, the bride’s white floral hair vine was a fanciful addition. Intertwined into the chic low bridal bun, we love the romantic bridal look this floral wedding accessory created.

Ending the evening in our sleek ‘Orlie’ by Watters wedding dress was ideal. This polished satin wedding dress was perfect for strolling down to the dock on White Bear Lake and even for moments like cake cutting. When shopping for a reception dress, we think comfort should be one of the elements brides look for. With a structured strapless neckline and flowy skirt with a front slit, this fitted wedding gown is lightweight and extremely easy to move in.
