Wedding days are all about celebrating your love story with those closest to you. We can’t think of a better way to do so than being the first to say ‘I do’ at your family’s local wedding venue.

That’s right, #AnnaBeBride Bailey and Zachary got married at their family wedding venue in Wallis, Texas. This blog is all about their love story, wedding planning, and beautiful wedding day.

Garden Wedding Proposal

Sticky notes are a staple of Bailey and Zachary’s romance. Bailey shares that since they work opposite hours, they always leave notes around the house voicing the love for one another. “We leave sticky notes for each other to come home to or wake up to.”

Little did Bailey know, those sticky notes were about to be a big part of her proposal story. “Who knew our little sticky notes would end up on a beautiful tree in McGovern Centennial Gardens asking the biggest question... Will You Marry Me?”

Their Hermann Park Conservancy Engagement was where their epic wedding planning kicked off.

Wedding Venue in Texas

What could be more magical than getting married at a family wedding venue in Texas?

Not only did the sentimentality of this special wedding venue hit home for Bailey and Zachary, but they were also the first couple to get married there.

“It was so special to be the very first wedding at Three Bells Mission with it being our family venue. To celebrate our union with all of our family and friends, in what has now become our second home, was so special.”

Chapel Wedding Ceremony

Many say that family wedding venues exude an unmatched sense of tradition. This was definitely the case during Bailey and Zachary’s chapel wedding ceremony.

Getting married in a Spanish mission-inspired chapel, Bailey and Zachary’s ceremony was both modern and romantic.

Exchanging vows under an eye-catching straw ceiling, Bailey and Zachary’s open air wedding chapel held their closest family and friends. With a cool breeze coming from the Brazos River, guests were enchanted by the lush landscape and unique ceremony space.

Whimsical Wedding Flowers

Not only was Bailey and Zachary’s ceremony space unforgettable, but so were their wedding flowers.

A deconstructed ceremony arch stood at either side of the altar. Made of white and neutral colored wedding flowers as well as greenery, their ceremony florals added a sense of whimsy to this classic wedding venue.

Ethereal Bridal Look

Being that their wedding venue was so romantic, Bailey wanted a wedding dress that felt airy and ethereal. Not only did she find a fitted bridal gown that perfectly matched that vision, but bridal wings as well.

Ines Di Santo Wedding Dress

When visiting Anna Bé Texas, Bailey got a closer look at our luxurious Ines Di Santo wedding dress collection. Discovering ‘Desire’ by Ines Di Santo, this trumpet lace wedding dress caught her attention.

Tulle Bridal Wings

After nailing down the gown, Bailey explored a variety of bridal accessory options. Ultimately deciding to not wear a wedding veil and selecting a wedding veil alternative, this entire look came to life.

Picking ‘Donna Wings’ by Sara Gabriel, these tulle wedding wings were the dreamiest final touch.

Bailey and Zachary’s wedding day was the perfect mix of tradition and trends. While aesthetically pleasing, Bailey’s biggest descriptor for their wedding day was the word ‘calm’.

Sharing, “I remember thinking I would be more nervous that day, but I believe it was the most calm I’ve ever felt in my entire life. That’s what the right person brings to you, a sense of calm in a life that can sometimes be chaotic”.
