real wedding: emma + patrick

When emma and patrick woke up to the news that their original wedding venue was covered in nearly 8 feet water they thought the wedding they had been planning for nearly a year was ruined. Their days of planning and meeting with vendors seemed to be swept away with the torrential downpours of the 1,000-year flood that devastated colorado the week of their wedding... or so they thought. Just when it seemed like all hope was lost their event planner, with the help of some local vendors, stepped up to the plate and planned an unforgettable wedding for emma and patrick in just a few days and emma walked down the aisle, in her beautiful tara latour gown, as scheduled. Just another reminder of how wonderful a community of planners and vendors we have here in Colorado.

We're constantly being inspired by the brides, couples and vendors that we work with on a daily basis. Vendors like calluna events who pulled together all of their resources and put together a dream wedding in just a matter of days, the st. julien who offered up their space with short notice and allowed the couple to bring in their own caterer and wine, james christianson photography who beautifully captured every moment, and of course emma and patrick who wouldn't let a little rain {actually a lot of rain} ruin the wedding of their dreams.
