Beautiful Beach Club Wedding Venue
When searching for a destination wedding venue, Cristina and Tyler wanted a beach venue that matched their intimate wedding vision. Situated in a secluded area, Descanso Beach Club is bordered by a rocky strip surrounded by water and sandy beaches leading to Descanso Cove.
The rocky cliffside provides shade and natural wonder, while the oceanside views are peaceful. Cristina and Tyler also visited Catalina Island Casino. Many of their classic wedding portraits were taken on the casino’s terrace. Surrounded by columns and overlooking blue water full of boats, these sophisticated wedding photos captured the timeless allure of this charming coastal town.
Timeless Beach Wedding Attire
When selecting attire for their classic beach wedding, Cristina and Tyler tried to find a balance between formal and relaxed wedding wear. Cristina’s bridesmaids wore silk bridesmaid gowns in a range of pink shades. Some bridesmaids wore solid light pink bridesmaids dresses while others wore dusty rose dresses and floral pink bridesmaid looks.
Tyler and his groomsmen wore coordinating black tuxedos. With white button downs and sharp black bow ties, their outfits contrasted perfectly with the pink wedding color palette. Wearing small boutonniere with leafy greenery, this fashion-forward floral touch finished off their look.
‘Lika’ by Eva Lendel Wedding Dress
Cristina visited our Anna Bé Minnesota location and fell in love with our Eva Lendel collection. After trying on several styles, ‘Lika’ by Eva Lendel stood out. The draped bodice provided detail and support, while the gown still felt timeless and unique.
Pairing Lika dress with a custom ‘Lika Overskirt’, Cristina’s elegant fitted wedding dress instantly became a ball gown by adding this full skirt. Wearing her hair down in loose curls and holding a white wedding bouquet, we love the way Cristina styled her classic draped bodice wedding dress.
Pearl Wedding Accessories
Playing into the beachy bridal theme, Cristina accessorized her wedding dress with a cathedral length pearl wedding veil. Her Untamed Petals’ ‘Oyster Veil’ had a subtle freshwater pearl scatter that stunned throughout the day.
Matching this long pearl embellished veil, Cristina wore a pearl drop necklace and pearl stud earrings. Elegant and ideal for their oceanside wedding ceremony, Cristina’s pearl wedding accessories completed her classic coastal bridal look.
Classic Beach Lawn Wedding Decor
Getting married on a grassy bank with ocean views, Cristina and Tyler’s outdoor lawn wedding was full of breathtaking fresh flowers and lush greenery. White flower petals were sprinkled down the aisle and white and soft pink blooms decorated each row as well as their wedding arbor.
Palm trees swayed behind these two as they exchanged their vows and the sun set on the cove. With a careful balance of classic elegance and editorial vision, Cristina and Tyler’s beach wedding was an elegant day that created enduring memories.
