Real Wedding: Nichole + Will
Cool city. Check. Cool bride & groom. Check. Coolest details ever. Check. From the amazing color palette to the thoughtful touches, this wedding is one of the coolest ever. Nichole and Will were married in a gorgeous ceremony in sunny San Francisco, California. The rich maroon, plum, orange, coral and blush were simply stunning together, and the southwestern rug was the perfect final touch for the wedding ceremony. Our anna bé bride looked absolutely lovely in her Pandora gown by Modern Trousseau, perfectly complemented with some fresh flowers in her hair. Our wedding took place at the Golden Gate Club at The Presidio in San Francisco, CA. And since we only live a few blocks away from one of the main entrances into the Presidio and we spend so much time in the park we thought it was the perfect place to tie the knot. We loved it's vintage charm and history so much we even incorporated one of the 1907 maps into our design. San Francisco has a late summer so having our wedding on the 18th of October was perfect for an outdoor ceremony - sunshine and warm weather. Our ceremony was very personal, we both wrote our own vows, our friend Brian officiated and he surprised us by having each one of our bridesbabes (I called them that instead of maids) and groomsmen choose a word for us to take with us into our marriage. The words and descriptions they chose were so amazing and it was so great to have them play a big part in the ceremony. Will and I both had little surprises we kept from each other, from friends and from family throughout the night. We surprised my parents by having a close friend of mine play their wedding song during our ceremony. I surprised Will with a photo book I made him "Will and the Bus" which were photos I took of him every day, during our engagement, at our bus stop. We surprised our guests with custom wolf head pins to wear. And Will surprised me with the most incredible welcome speech at our. Our reception was equally incredible with our venue looking over the bay and the Golden Gate Bridge. We spent the night dancing away under cafe lights and celebrating our big day with our closest friends and family. It was just an overwhelming feeling of love the entire day.
