Detail shots kicked off this snug styled wedding in Minnesota. Setting the tone for the landscape we would later see, these sage green wedding invitations were the perfect shade. Surrounded by vintage green wedding stamps, landscape illustrations, and even a custom wedding sticker in the shape of our beloved state, these flat lay details were next level.
Adding in more traditional wedding touches such as the pearl wedding earrings and gold wedding bands, these wedding paper goods and jewelry pieces tell the story of not only what was worn, but what was celebrated.

WHAT ARE SOME FUN WEDDING THEME IDEAS?
While this styled Nisswa, Minnesota wedding followed a common theme, the segments of different settings and wedding dress changes allowed for various wedding themes to stand out. Below are some of the reoccurring wedding styles we felt most inspired by.

Not Noah and Allie, but this iconic The Notebook boat scene served as inspiration when taking these wedding canoe photos. From the aerial shot that captures the intimacy of this private wedding boat ride, to the silhouettes of trees against the bright sky, these photographs exemplify everything we love about forest elopements.
If you’re searching for movie-inspired wedding themes, but don’t want to be too cheesy, incorporating elements from your favorite scenes can add character without being overly thematic.
Woodland Wedding Theme
If movies don’t leave you inspired, maybe nature will. From the always popular beach weddings, to mountain weddings and more, highlighting the setting of your special day is an easy way to create a continuous wedding theme.
In the case of this styled shoot, a classic woodland wedding seemed like an obvious choice. Luxury lodge weddings evoke a sense of elegance while still remaining relaxed.
