A nature-inspired disco wedding. Mama Mia and Mykonos day club meets Midwest woodlands. A grand sea foam tablecloth, gorgeous jade blue candles, and a wild wintertime bird's nest floral installation floating above. A minimal Minneapolis warehouse elopement with maximal decor and lavish details. A statement something blue and the iconic wedding style to elevate this modern minimony to a luxuriously lush bridal status.

First up, this venue. The Whim wedding venue in North East Minneapolis is not only historic, but highly original. An industrial warehouse that is now a blank space of clean concrete floors, ample natural light, contemporary design, and cutting-edge amenities. The Whim heightens every extravagant Minnesota wedding hosted there, infusing ultramodern artistry and a premium urban wedding experience.

For this particular styled shoot, The Whim served as a bewitching backdrop for this modern minimalist wedding theme. The understated glamour of 'Caroline' by Katherine Tash complemented the high-fashion charm of The Whim and the exquisite wedding design details. The vertical lines of the Katherine Tash wedding gown's exposed corset bodice corresponded with the high vaulted wooden paneled ceilings and industrial steel windows found throughout the space. While we love the elegance of this heavy silk crepe figure-hugging gown, the simple structural design elements, such as the sheer corset bodice, might be our favorite touch.

Not only was the gown on-trend, but so was the range of playful bridal accessories. From a chunky pearl barrette clip to to white wedding sunglasses and bridal hoops, each bridal accessory was both subtle and statement-making. With a deep side part and Old-Hollywood waves, each bridal look exuded effortless poise and posh taste.

We can't spotlight this stunning Minneapolis, Minnesota styled wedding without giving a special shoutout to the statement hanging floral installation overtop of this artistic wedding tablescape. With delicate branches poking out and a bundle of dense moss centering the piece, it seems like it could easily have been ripped out of the forest floor and flipped upside down to serve as a focal point at this splendid elopement dinner. A true work of art, Ashley Skeie Events used fern and fresh baby's breath to create an opulent and ornate organic wedding installation. We love how dramatically this eccentric wedding arrangement looks among the pastel colors of the wedding table and delicate disco ball accents.

For the bride wanting a magical naturally-lit wedding day with jaw-dropping mystique and retro allure, nothing says glitter, glitz, grove, and groovy quite like this countryside cabaret inspired styled wedding in Minnesota.
