Elizabeth Fillmore visits anna bé

Today is the first day of our trunk show for the fabulous Elizabeth Fillmore her collection of gowns that balance romance, sexiness, and even a touch of bohemian are the perfect look whether the wedding is in the city or the mountains. And every bride that purchases during the trunk show will receive a special incentive!

Due to all the excitement we thought we 'd ask the designer a few questions since she will be at anna bé today potentially styling a few lucky brides. We asked three questions and here are her answers:

What is your favorite dress of the collection?

"Tough call on the favorite dress-but Chloe wins!"

Chloe in all her glory!

Chloe in all her glory!

What inspires your collections?

"The last collection was inspired by a mix of couture silhouettes with soft floating fabrics. Creating a balance between the whimsical & light couture silhouettes and clean sophisticated gowns. One of the standout collection gowns is made of stain chiffon that looks like feathers floating and other dresses are made of 1920's chantilly laces which offer a soft romantic & feminine vision"

What did you wear for your own wedding?

"My wedding was in November 1999 - at the very start of my bridal collection we were married in NYC in a turn of the century mansion - so my gown really suited the venue 7 mood of the room. Though today I would wear something different - so hard to choose, but definitely soft and floaty!"

We are so excited to have Elizabeth with us for both days of the trunk show and we hope to see you all there!
