I don't loooove the rain most of the time, part of the reason I moved somewhere where there's over 300 days of sunshine a year. But you get me in the right mood, and there's just nothing quite like a summer thunder storm, where the sky turns purple, or a light spring drizzle that turns everything bright green and vibrant. And growing up where spring showers meant the blanket of snow was finally being lifted, it's a great time to come out of hibernation and celebrate love!
So, obviously not a literal inspiration (I wouldn't suggest trying to plan for rain on the wedding day), here are ways to take the beauty of rain and bring them into your wedding. Pale blues and rich purples, dewy makeup and soft pale lips. A scatter of crystal drops on the table, teardrop shaped diamond, and cascading tier dresses!
