DIY - ice cream social

Calling all crafty gals... As promised here is the final post from our ice cream social and it features some simple, inexpensive ways to add a big impact for a small cost. Using a little string, some scrapbooking paper, wooden rods, and a pin or two, we were able to create these flags and pinwheels to decorate the shop. It was a fun way to make the colors of our event pop and really make the decor cohesive.
