Hello! Thank you so much for considering us as a partner for your upcoming styled shoot in Colorado, Minnesota, or Texas. Before committing to the shoot, we do ask for some information about the photoshoot to determine if it’s a good fit. A couple of things to consider before you submit:

• Please note that there will be a $250 charge for cleaning the gown once it is returned.

• You will be charged the total retail cost of the gown if the gown is not repairable and/or presentable to our brides once returned. We will ask for credit card information before we loan the gown and keep the credit card number on file until the dress is returned safely and in good condition. By submitting this form you are agreeing to anna bé bridal boutique charging your card for a $250 cleaning fee and repair or replacement costs if necessary. Please take the best care of our gowns, they are our biggest and most delicate investment. We do not loan for shoots on the beach or in outdoor spaces to protect merchandise.

• We require creative control over the gown and accessories selected.

• We will NOT loan gowns with the intent of being used for an actual elopement or wedding.

Gown Selection Process

We require that all gowns be fitted with the model in advance of the shoot. Additionally, we require that we have the final selection in the gowns used for the shoot. We will do our best to select multiple options that fit the theme of the shoot, but not all gowns will be available.

Terms and Conditions

The dress and/or accessories may not be out of the store for longer than the agreed upon time frame (including the date of drop off and pick up). If the gown is out of the store longer than the allotted period of time, a fee of $50/day will be assessed. The item(s) must return to anna bé in the same condition that it left, or the borrower will be responsible for all repair or replacement charges at anna bé’s location of choice. We have asked for credit card information before we loan the gown and keep the credit card number on file until the dress is returned safely and in good condition. By submitting this form you are agreeing to anna bé bridal shop charging your card for a cleaning fee and repair or replacement costs if necessary. Dresses that are damaged beyond repair, the borrower will be responsible for the full retail cost of the gown. Dresses that are a part of a designer trunk show or special event during the date of the shoot may not be considered for borrow. anna bé bridal shop as well as the designer of the gown must be referenced in any posts or publications of the shoot and is given rights to the use of the images. By submitting this form you are stating that I have read and agree to the terms and conditions.
